Mic Drop Kpop Shop (7601 Waters Ave, Suite C, Savannah, GA 31406) operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

If you sign up for our email list, we store your email address. You can optionally tell us your favorite K-pop group so we can send you relevant updates. If you place an order through our online store, we collect your name, email, phone number, and billing address to process your order. Payment is handled by Shopify Payments (Stripe) and we do not see or store your full card number.

Cookies and analytics

When you first visit our site, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. You can accept or decline. Your choice is saved in your browser and we will not ask again unless you clear your browser data.

We use two analytics tools to understand how people find and use this website:

• Google Analytics (GA4) collects anonymized usage data such as pages visited, time on site, and general location (city-level). Google may set cookies on your browser, but only if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. You can opt out using Google's opt-out browser add-on.
• GoatCounter is a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies or collect personal data. It counts page views only.

We use your email address to send you store updates, restock alerts, and pre-order announcements. If you place an order through our online store, we use your contact information to process your order and notify you when it's ready for pickup. We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone.

• Cloudflare (website hosting and email subscriber storage)
• Google Workspace (business email at info@micdropkpop.com)
• Google Analytics (website analytics, with your consent)
• GoatCounter (privacy-friendly page view counter)

Each service has their own privacy policy. When you place an order through our online store, Shopify and Stripe process your name, email, phone number, and payment information to complete the transaction. We do not store your full credit card number.

How to unsubscribe or delete your data

Email us at info@micdropkpop.com and we will remove your email from our list. You can also reply "unsubscribe" to any email we send.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we have about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email info@micdropkpop.com and we will take care of it.

Where your data is stored

Email addresses are stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure in the United States.
